Anybody know what this is? It's hollow like a funnel. The little knob on the side is not open. The top is real silver and the rest is porcelain. Any help would greatly appreciated.

It looks like a hookah or pipe for...tobacco, etc.
I thought so too, but then was told that little nub on the side would have a hole or be open for venting? It does not.
Hmmm...thought two was it is a gentleman's whiskey pourer, but those I have seen usually have cork at the base.
If it is barware, while I have never talked to them, I love this site for looking at neat old bar items. Years ago, I sold off a ton of old bar items for a friend and have had a fascination for it ever since.'
