snakeThis little snake was only 3-4 inches long and very aggressive. I live in northwestern Arkansas. Does anyone know what it is?

Looks like what is called a Brown Snake. Colors vary a lot, from tan to gray to this rust color. There is usually a stripe down the back and a dark head. The snake is just defending itself. It is not venomous.
