Identifying an Antique Sofa - upholstered couch with wood trim My friend is restoring a home built in 1909 and a barn built in the 1800s. She found this piece in the barn and wanted to know if I could help her figure out anything about it. Any thoughts?

It does look like it is from the 19th century. Try to find identifying marks in the wood.
