Can anyone tell me about this chest? I know it needs repaired. About how much would it cost to repair it and how much is it worth as it is now and how much would it be worth after it's repaired? Anything else you could tell me would be greatly appreciated. Like the year was made? What type of chest it is? Thank You

With the exception of the lock, I see no identifying marks on this. I would ask a dealer.
You might want to take it to an antiques dealer and have them take a look @ the chest.
