Information on Dishes?

I am totally clueless on any information to do with these dishes. Can anyone tell me what the numbers on bottom mean, how old these may be? Just any general info about them at all, please. I bought them from a thrift store to put in my 11 year old daughter's hope chest I'm working on for her and would love to be able to give her as much information about them as I possibly can. Please any type of advice and knowledge will help. Thank you all
