Sometimes you can find information on dolls on Google or eBay if you have the maker name and doll name.
There are also dolls on "Replacements" if you have all information to search for. There is also a Porcelain Doll web site that has a lot of doll makers listed and lots of info on porcelain dolls.
Be sure to check the back of the doll for information. It may take a lot of different research but you have the doll and may be able to find what you need.
