Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken noodle soup is a comfort staple. Some chopping is required however, afterwards you can relax because your instant pot will do the work. Minus boiling pasta of your choice.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutes

Yield: 6 people

  1. Chop onions, garlic, carrots and celery to your desired size preference.
  2. On sauté mode, sauté onions in olive oil until softened.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  4. Ready to add remaining cut ingredients - carrots and celery.
  5. Add chicken, pour in chicken broth and water. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes and allow natural release.
  6. In the meantime, follow directions of your pasta choice and boil. Once your soup base is completed, measure out some pasta into a bowl and pour your soup into the bowl and enjoy. Optional: a dash of salt and pepper or other seasonings.
