It is very difficult to tell a puppy's breed from a photo and especially at such a young age.
He is cute in his fancy sweater and will probably always like to be dressed and show-off. They know how cute they are!!
Yeah. Before I would subject him to pain and you to paying for a test, I would just look at these.

Its hard to tell by looking at pictures. He looks like some pictures and then not others. Im not going to go through no DNA testing since I love him and him not being a chihuahua isnt going to make me give him away.
Hi Sandi - sorry but I do not understand about the "pain" part as a DNA test is definitely not painful and it is very important to have first year shots/vaccinations.
Photos are neat and helpful and may be all that anyone needs but when/if your puppy grows out of that "pure bred" look and maybe gets larger than the normal breed then you may begin to wonder what other breed mix does he/she have?
I did some research and found that its a: Husky/Rat Terrier mix, If you look up husky rat terrier mix puppys the dark colored ones look like your little cutie pie!
Our dog is a chorkie (chihuahua/yorkshire mix) and reeses looks alot like him same colors too! ;)
