He is 1 year and 4 months old. His mom and dad was full blooded Pit Bulls, but he was neglected when I bought him from the breeder due to the mommy not wanting to feed him as he was the smallest and she had 11 pups. It is very abnormal for a Pit Bull to have so many pups, but she did. Please tell me if he is a full blooded Pit.

Your dog does look like he is a Pit Bull - It is so hard to determine if he is full blooded or not.
Well basically I live in South Africa and we may not regester our pitbulls at all they basically go as far as to murder them out. I assume that his bloodline is bolio, yellow blood or a bullyson. I know the parents where pure breed and that he is a pure pitbull but his bloodline I just dont know I will most definitely go and buy a home DNA test.
It's hard to tell from just pictures. You can have a DNA test run to be sure.
He sure looks like he is full blooded. My sons pit bull had 11 as well 2 died shortly after and then another died at about 4 weeks. We were surprised that she had so many. Your dog sure is pretty, he has beautiful eyes!
He looks like one of my friend's full blooded pits.. I'd say yes if you're looking for opinions based on looks.
