Is My Dog a Full Blooded Pit Bull?

I got a puppy recently. It was an adoption and the puppy was described as a Pit Bull Terrier, but my neighbor who has 3 thinks it's a mix with maybe a Puggle. I thought to get the communities opinion. Thanks!
