I found this dog where I live. My girlfriend and I heard barking from outside in the parking lot and saw him. I called out to him and he ran to me. I've put flyers out in case of anyone had lost a dog, but nothing. I guess he's our dog now. But I'm just wondering if he's a Pit Bull terrier, because he looks like it. Please let me know. I have done lots of animal rescue and i have been around dogs since a tot. I have just studied books with pictures on different breeds.
Many times people take dogs and then just throw them away on the road or in some shelter. It appears that this has happened with the dog you have found. Hopefully a person will see your flyers and answer them. If not the dog is beautiful and he is a mix of a pit bull and terrier.
He is adorable and will be a beautiful dog. I would say he is at least 75% pit bull. He could well be 100%. Lucky you! He is gorgeous.

How beautiful he is! I would say he is one of the following:
The Amercan Staffordshire Terrier, The Staffordshire Bull Terrier, the American Pit Bull Terrier, or an American Bully. They are the darlings everyone refers to as 'pit bulls, and whichever he is, he is absolutely adorable!
No matter the breed - he looks like he has found a forever home and I hope you will take him to the vet and get his shots as they are so important to the health and well being of these precious little friends.
