I just got this puppy and I think she is a full blooded Pit Bull. Does she look pure bred? I am not sure of her age either, she's really small.

This puppy looks purebred to me. You can always do a DNA test.

Aww...I wish her face were better lit. She does look quite small. Since she is new to you, it is a good time to get her in to a vet and the vet can help you figure out the age and the breed. For age, they usually use teeth as a guide.
For breed, they use teeth, jaw, hips and bones to see if she meets breed standards. Vets often have the best guesstimate! It is good to get her shots and have her given a clean bill of health ASAP!!!
The shape of her head (the silhouette) almost has a boxer shape to it, but without seeing it better lit, it is hard to tell exactly what breed she is. Hopefully the vet will give you a good answer.
