I have navy blue countertops and light gray walls in my kitchen. My cabinets are white and I hate white cabinets. What color painted cabinets will go with my countertops and walls?

Wouldn't you like to paint them gray? They might not match exactly but that would be two toned. If you wanted to paint them darker, it would probably take two coats of paint to cover the white. Ask your hardware department store what kind of paint you should use though, because paint can chip off the factory finish.
I would say a gray in the same color family as the walls.
With your colors now in the kitchen I would go with a light dust gray color to blend it all together. I wouldn't make the paint too dark because it sounds like your kitchen already has dark colors now.
