I would try a shade lighter for the upper cupboards since they "border" your work area. I love the lower ones and the pantry.
I just looked at it again.... maybe white or pale gray for the upper cupboards and leave everything else alone.
If you're asking about a wall color, I would suggest a pale pearl grey. The color shown here is RGB 224,221,217.
I completely agree with "likekinds" a light pearl gray or better yet, leave it exactly as is. I hope you are talking about the walls only. I wouldn't touch those cabinets, they are beautiful as is.
