Put warm water then add a little bit of honey to it. And there you go, honey water for your lady bug.
JUST A LITTLE CAUTIONARY TALE: I am currently caring for a little ladybug that can no longer fly but otherwise seems content. I put some wet toilet paper for water and then later retrieved it with a wet qtip and put the lady back home after on the qtip. I have just discovered it was STUCK on the QTIP so I would advise not to keep any cotton pads or qtips soaked with water in the home as I think it is too dangerous for their little legs to get caught in.
