This is a super easy delicious dessert!
Ingredients:
- 40 vanilla wafer cookies
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- lemon pie filling
- large container Cool Whip
- 1 stick butter
Directions:
- Use 9x13 inch pan.
- Crush wafers by hand.
- Mix in 1 stick butter, melted. Put in bottom of pan.
- Beat 4 egg whites until glossy. Add 1 cup sugar, and beat till stiff.
- Spread over crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Cool.
- Spread pie filling on top. Top with Cool Whip.
