Litterless Cat Box

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 114 Posts

A cat box lined with newspaper. Here is a free and cleaner way to have a cat box. After 30 years of being a cat parent, I have found that by simply lining newspaper inside a litter box, it is much more clean, not as time consuming, and free with newspaper donations (shiny ads won't absorb). Plus, you are recycling newspapers. If they go #2, use a tissue to flush or bag it. I recommend to bag twice a day and replace with fresh sheets. Change as needed. This is our purrfurred method! :)

Great Idea if I run out of Litter I say that because My Kitty likes to cover over her poop when she is finished and thats what they do in the wild animals like to cover their tracks But I like the Idea. Also my cat uses an enclosed box that you roll over and it goes into a tray that you empty If she has an open tray she will cover over with litter and at the same time it goes over the floor this will not happen with a cacoon Box
