It's pretty amazing to see crafts made from unusual materials. Just like this craft I am showing today. I thought egg cartons are intended just for eggs, but I was able to create a thrifty masterpiece out of it.
Supplies:
- egg tray
- scissors
- glue gun and glue stick(s)
Steps:
- Cut out pockets of egg tray individually.
- Trim its pointy corners into curves. See photo.
- Cut a 1-2 cm straight line in the middle of each corner and slightly pull them down. So as you can see it now looks like petals.
- Compress the petals. Insert one petal over another.
- Cut out a long strip from the tray.
- Roll this and secure with hot glue.
- Put two of the flowers together in layers and place a rolled strip on its center, glueing in place as you go.
