Spread ice-cream into a rectangular cake pan. Using a cookie cutter cut into your desired shapes. Place in a Tupperware type container. Put the a sealed Tupperware container into the freezer. Then when your ready to serve the cake your ice cream will be easy to serve. It will also look nice. My sister cut hers into hearts.
