Did you possibly look on YouTube? Type in what you are looking for and it might show up for there are all types of video's for just about anything! Hope this helps
So far I have not found a video.... I also have had a difficult time with the pattern and am a visual learner!! Loomahat.com promised a video but it has not gone up yet but I keep watching for it.
