I worked in a large home care agency for 4 years and people don't like to have a person's name in the company name. That lends itself to thinking small and one-off care. Like sitters and such.
They want something that speaks of compassionate and respectful nursing care in the home.
Maybe something like:
Compassionate Home Care
With a motto of...In home nursing care for your loved one
