AVI Cares Home Centre sounds like you are a place.
If you are working in your client's homes, how about just AVI At Home Care.
It is simple, tells the person where the care will be, and gets you to the top of the alpha list!
The domain name is still available too, which is going to be half the battle in naming your business. AVI is a very popular start to domain names so many of your other choices are going to be gone already.
