Start at 5 p.m. Put 1/2 cup water with 1 pkg. yeast. After it is dissolved add:
Mix well. Set to rise until 6:30 p.m., then knead down. Let rise until 9:00 p.m., then put in greased baking pans, little round balls and flatten with palm of hand. Let rise overnight. Bake in morning at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
