I did a retouch Wave Nueveau curly and half curly and the ends came out straight! What went wrong and how can I fix it?

Normally if you perm your hair they recommend that you wait 6 to 8 weeks before you do it again If you are having issue doing this yourself because the hair was not rolled correctly or you did not get enough of the product on the hair then I would suggest that you visit a salon and have them perm your hair again.
If you went to the salon, it is their responsibility to fix it. If you did it yourself, contact the company.
I took classes in cosmetology and it normally that happens when the ends were not rolled tight enough on the roller and didn't get enough solution on them. You will want to wait a week or two and try again but make sure the ends are on there tight and that you get enough solution on them. Hope this helps!

Due to being not sealed are out of date . Sometimes you have to be go to a stronger solution
