Permed Hair Is Frizzy in Front?

I just got my perm done five days ago. The first three days my hair was as curly as my natural curls when I was younger, but after I had washed it yesterday, it's starting to straighten out. I haven't brushed it with any combs, just running my fingers through it like I was told how to. The back of my hair is still curly, but the front part is more of a frizzy mess. What do I do to get the curls back?
