Looking for pineapple cookie recipes.
Have you tried looking on allrecipes.com yet? They seem to have a list as long as my arm for just about anything I'm in need of.
My mom used to make filled cookies with pineapple. A rolled sugar cookie on the bottom, then a tablespoon of pineapple filling, then another sugar cookie on the top. You could cut holes in the second one if you prefer so all can see the filling. I just love these and they stay moist for quite a while. I have also used cherry and apple fillings Very good. Enjoy!!
These are one of my favorites and the kids love them. They are also very easy to make. Hope you enjoy!
