Re-dyeing Hair?

I just colored my hair with Cream of Nature (Intensive Red). I would like to know what is a safe amount of time to wait before putting on a semi-permanent color, which will also be red based?

It really depends on the health of your hair and how much risk you want to run with it.

Many pros say that you should not dye sooner than four weeks, and if you have fairly weak hair, or if you had to bleach it a lot before adding the colour, then 6 to 8 weeks is more apt.

The risks of dyeing too soon include breakage, split ends, and hair loss.

Semi permanent is not harsh. Wait a week, deep condition and go for it.
