Re-dyeing Hair?

Re-dyeing Hair - blonde hair wth darker rootsI bleached my hair a week ago to an ombre blonde, mostly halfway down of my hair. The hair dresser totally messed it up and I want my hair color back to it's natural color. My hair doesn't seem brittle or dry. I texted her and she said it was okay since I'm just going to re-dye it to a darker color. Is she correct? I really want to go back to normal. And since it's only been a week, will it be super damaged after it's dyed back to my hair color? I know bleach is damaging, but I had really healthy hair before and again it doesn't seem super bad now. I can't stop crying over this and just want my hair back. Can it be fixed? Please help!

Fixing you hair:

  1. You went to a hairdresser who bleached your hair and you're not satisfied with the results.
  2. Anyone who works in a salon has to guarantee their work and especially if they made a mistake.
  3. You shouldn't do this yourself.
  4. If you are this unhappy with your hair make an appointment at the salon.
  5. I would ask for another person to do my hair.
  6. I am not sure you want the same person to work on you again.
  7. They will need to fix your hair and make you satisfied because you are the customer.
  8. You shouldn't need to pay for this a second time because it wasn't done right the first time.

If the hairdresser messed up, let HER fix it. If you do it and mess up, there is no recourse.

Oh no! She should fix it! You paid her to do something you wanted and you don't want this. Tell her to fix it. I'm sorry!
