Re-dyeing Hair After Bleaching and Coloring?

So yesterday I bleached my hair with a 40 vol developer one time and barely touched any roots at all. I added a bit of a toner to balance the blonde. I then used the color Adore, crimson, (a semi permanent dye). After I washed out a conditioning treatment, I did not like the red. It was way too bright. I want to go back to black. How long should I wait or what brand/color is the best to use? Also my hair does not feel damaged. My ends are brittle though.

Anytime you bleach and dye your hair it is recommended to wait 6 to 8 weeks before you re dye your hair.
