A red blanket was washed with a beautiful cream patterned deco pillow and of course now it's no longer cream lol. Any suggestions on how to get it cream again?

You could try soaking it in an oxyclean solution overnight
Hopefully you have not dried the pillow (cover?) as that would make it very difficult to get your pillow back to beige.
Walmart/Target type stores sell a product called Color Run Remover that is especially made for removing color runs (it is also sold online).

In the future, you may want to use Color Grabber in your first wash to maybe keep colors from running and, of course, wash anything red all by itself forever and ever.
Did you get the stains out? You can try a vinegar and baking soda soak and see if that works. Equal parts of each in cold water, let it soak for an hour and rinse.
Post back if you got it restored. I hate when that happens.
