How do I how to care for a 4 year old red maple? This tree is the same size now as when we planted it. What do we do to get it growing? We live in Ontario. Thanks.

Please make sure to water it now before the ground freezes. Also, make note of the things in the area which could be an issue. Ours was on the boulevard, and root wrapped on the sewer pipes. It slowed down and half died. The city tree inspector said removal of the trees were needed. We watched this for about 5 years when we took out the trees.
