Removing Candle Wax from Textured Ceiling?

I had a candle warmer and somehow it got on the ceiling and wall. I was able to get it off my wall, but do not know how to get it off my textured ceiling. Any ideas?

I would scrape off as much as possible. I would then put a product called Kilz to cover the stain and then repaint.
