I tried the iron method - after you scrap as much as you can off, place a paper towel or paper bag under and over the wax. Make sure there is no ink on the paper bag if that is what you use.

Set your iron on low and iron away! Move the iron slowly from side to side. As the wax melts the paper will absorb it.

  1. Try pealing as much wax off as possible.
  2. Place newspaper down on the table and cover it with paper towels.
  3. Place your dresser scarf on top of the paper towel.
  4. Now place paper towels on top of the scarf and then newspaper.
  5. You will need to use an old iron because the wax will coat the bottom of your iron.
  6. Set the iron to high and iron on top of the newspaper.
  7. Once you see the wax soaking through, change the paper towels and newspaper.
  8. Continue doing this until you've removed all the wax.

  10. Word of caution. You need to be fast when you remove the newspaper and towels because once the wax cools off it will stick again.

The easiest way is to put it in the freezer. In about 2 hours, it should come off like a broken piece of food.

Turn your iron on medium heat and get a piece of parchment paper put the paper on the wax and put the iron against the paper when it is hot the wax should be transfer to the paper
