Repairing a Brother Typewriter?

I have an old Brother GX-6570 electronic typewriter. Everything works fine except for the odd numbered keys. Ex: 1,3,5,7,9. What could possibly be wrong here?

This is a common issue.

I have two suggestions...one is to watch a few YouTube videos and see if you can find one that will help guide you to resolving the issue. Here is a sample of what is out there:

The other suggestion is that there are typewriter repair shops in many major cities. This list has them world wide:

Try spraying with some computer 'canned air' as this will sometimes dislodge any tiny stuff that could be lodged and cannot be seen.
Computer canned air is sold at major stores or online.

This can be used on other parts of your typewriter just in case there are dust/dirt particles in other places.

This has worked for me on similar machines.
