I want to have reverse highlights in a warm brown on my white hair. My hair has recently been permed with a very mild perm that cannot overprocess. Would this be a problem?

I would suggest having this done at the shop that permed your hair. They will know the best highlight product to use on your permed hair.
If you deep condition first it shouldn't be an issue.
