Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 1/2 cups rhubarb, diced
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 pt. whipping cream

Directions

Mix the cake mix according to the directions and pour into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle the diced rhubarb over the unbaked cake. Sprinkle sugar over the top of the rhubarb cake and bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a fork comes out clean. Cool and serve with whipping cream on top.
