Riding Lawnmower Fluid Leaking?

What causes gas and oil to come out of the air line and pours out all on the air filter when it starts and runs then the fluid shoots out of the air line going to air filter?

First you have to know that paper air filters shouldnt have any oil on them, but for a foam air filter a light coating of oil is completely normal.

I found about fixing similar problem here:

You have to remove the air filter and then to replace with a new one or if you have foam filter to clean it, but take certain precautions.

Causes of this problem:
This problem may occur if you tip your mower the wrong way.
"The position of the air filter can vary depending on the make and model of mower that you have. But when you tip it on its side, the air filter should always be pointing upwards. If its pointing downwards, youve got the gas and oil up in the air, and gravity is going to do the rest." lawnmowerguru.com/.../

Or you put too much oil in your mower.

Or there are internal engine problems.

There is a problem with valves inside your engine - carburetor problems. You need to fix it before you use the mower again, because it can harm other mower components. "The carburetor float can become permanently stuck in the open position, which allows gas to flow up through the air filter and out of the mower."

You need to clean the float and carburetor and replace or clean the fuel filter.

If your mower has a fuel shut-off valve, check it for signs of sticking or damage.

Drain the oil you currently have in the mower and replace it.

There are several online forums that have members who are qualified to help you.
You can join one or more of these to see if they can help you.
They will need to know the brand of mower and model number, if available. They also like pictures of the mower so they know exactly which mower you have.

There are several things that may be the issue. Possibly a bad seal or the carburetor float might be permanently stuck in the open position. You may need a new filter. The gas line may be worn or the gas cap may be damaged

Here are the possible causes:

Tipped lawn mower - you tip your lawn mower greater than 15 degrees with its carburetor pointing downward.

Overfilled crankcase.

Over soaked foam air filter.

Internal Engine Problems.
