Yield: About 4 dozen

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
  5. Add flour mixture to creamed butter mixture; combine well.
  6. Add oats and raisins, mixing to combine.
  7. Drop by spoonfuls (or use a cookie dough scoop) onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle a small pinch of Kosher Salt on top of each dough ball.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute then transfer to a wire rack.

My oatmeal cookie is very similar except for one thing. That seems to me to be way too much salt. Did you mean teaspoons instead of tablespoons?
