Seasoned Couscous

Do you need a quick, easy and healthy side dish? You can prepare couscous. For an even quicker option, I have used a jarred Moroccan couscous that also has vegetables. This couscous is topped off with fresh cilantro, dried raisins, pumpkin seeds and garbanzo beans. I cooked 2 cups of couscous which was enough to feed 4 people as a side.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15-20 minutes

  1. Prepare your couscous. Follow recipe on the packaging. It requires water, oil, salt and is prepared on the stovetop. This process took about 10 minutes.
  2. Toss with chopped cilantro, raisins, pumpkin seeds and garbanzo beans.
