Simple Stromboli

baked Stromboli ready to eatMy family adores Stromboli. It's really easy to make when you use pre-made pizza dough. You can use any amounts and combination of fillings. Here, I've used Portuguese linguica and a mix of veggies. I then threw it in my toaster oven. One of these is cheese-free for my dad!

Yummmeeee, that sure looks good, as does all your beautiful recipes.

Almost sort of like a rolled up pizza in a way?

I've never tried this, and of course now I'm going to have to because it's making my stomach growl it looks so tastey! :)

Yes! Like a more compact and rolly calzone! What's great is when you have leftovers, you cut them and they're great for taking with you out of the house. :)
