baked Soup CrackersUse homemade or store-bought pie crust to make wonderful soup crackers that everyone will talk about. I used a spring-type pie crust cutter. You can use any cookie cutter that makes a soup-sized cracker. Use any spices you like. You can also use cinnamon and sugar to make little cookies. There are themed cutters for all holidays, so you can make this all year long.

I just love this idea! This will really get grandkids to love soup. And I love the idea for cookies. Not as much sugar as a cookie. Great idea...Thank you for sharing! Grated cheese would be great on them too!

Im wondering if sesame seeds or caraway seeds would stick to the pie dough crackers or would you need an egg wash (maybe diluted?) to help them stick?

If you pressed them in gently and just put a few on I think they would stick.
