Strawberry Parfait Pie

Ingredients:

• 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
• 1-2 cups sliced strawberries

• 1 baked 9 inch pie shell or graham or chocolate cookie crust (I think chocolate cookie crust is best.)

Directions:

Mix gelatin and boiling water in bowl. Stir in yogurt until well blended. Fold in strawberries. Pour into pie shell. Chill until set.
