Sweet Chili Shrimp

Sweet Chili Shrimp in bowlThis is a super fast and easy shrimp dish that's got a nice kick. I love to thicken up the flavourful sauce so it really clings to the shrimp. This is great with a side of rice or noodles.

You SHOULD have a pound of it! ;) Oh it's so good, and the sauce is a great compliment, not cover-up!

I always use tapioca flour for thickening. Do you think I could do a swap out from the cornstarch?

Yes! But you'd switch it up to 2 teaspoons tapioca flour :)

Coincidence?
I have shrimp waiting to use as an appetizer but I think I will switch to this and see how my family likes it.
Looks and sounds delicious!

This was a huge success!
I wanted to claim the idea but I finally owned up and said it was yours (my family knows your recipes!).
Very easy too - that I like!
