Tiny Invisible Bumps on Forehead?

I can feel the skin on my forehead having tiny bumps, but I don't see them in the mirror. I assume that they are harmless cysts. When I am reading or watching TV, I would subconsciously try to pick them. Sometime I scratch one and turns it into a bruised spot. I wonder if there are treatment for this type of skin issue?

This sounds like you've got milia, which are tiny little benign cysts that look like BBs under the skin. Sometimes they'll surface and you can mash them out. I've had them extracted at my dermatologist's office.

I've pricked some out myself, but I don't recommend it. So don't cleanse the area with alcohol, wipe the needle with alcohol, briefly put ice on the spot, and then poke it with needle, and mash it out. Okay?
