Costco sells really yummy pita bread, but I find that it can be hard to eat it all before it goes bad. It freezes quite well, so as soon as I get it home I freeze all of it.

To help prevent it from sticking together put a piece of patty paper (or wax paper) in between each piece of bread. Then put them into a zipper bag and label it with the contents and date.

When you want a piece, I recommend putting it into the oven on a cookie sheet to defrost and toast it a little bit. Enjoy!
