Very simple and quick side dish to go with your lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • kale
  • spinach
  • 1/2 onions
  • raisins
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package tofu

Steps:

  1. Dice white onions. Cut tofu into pieces.
  2. In a pan, add olive oil.
  3. Get ready to sauté the amount of kale and spinach you want. Add diced white onions, package of diced tofu, and cumin. Sauté for a few minutes until cooked.
  4. Top off with raisins and it is ready to serve!
