Tradescantia Close Up

Photo Description
Me thinks I'm becoming senile. I've had this/these plant(s) for years. All this time, I thought I had just one variety. Am I seeing things or are there two varieties here?

Anyway, I'm just a teensy bit proud of my close up shot of the violet purple bloom.

Beautiful! They do look like two varieties, you're not quacking just yet!

I love tradescantia. It's an all-time favorite pass along plant because it divides and transplants so well.

This is pretty but a terrible plant. It takes over the whole garden.

I wouldn't know. I always grow mine in pots. Something to think about, though.
