Treating a Feral Mama Cat and Her Kittens for Fleas?

I have a feral mama cat who, along with her "community" mother, "adopted my home, pregnant. For the past few months she took up home in my bedroom where she eats, sleeps, and uses a litter box. She does come out to hang out with other pets, watch TV, and observe us out of curiosity.

She was free to come and go until I realized her progressive belly. She birthed 4 babies under the bed close to an area I created as a nursery for her and her new family. The problem is, regardless of my efforts to never force contact, etc. she remains very "wild" and she has fleas.

I am concerned as to how I can treat her fleas because, as expected the 2 week old babies have them. I watched an instructional video regarding treating newborn's flea problems, but with mama adverse to human contact I can't keep the babies free from infestation. I keep the bedding and surrounding area clean and the bedding washed/changed frequently.

I'm so lost as to how to deal with mama. Today was mama's first day outside since their birth on April 2, 2019. I don't want to force her into anything for fear she could abandon her babies. What can I do? I'm concerned the babies will get ill besides the fact mama must be miserable. On top of all this, since she adopted us and our home, my 12 yr old male lab and 17 yr old neutered male cat have fleas now which they didn't have for many years.
