The lights in my laundry room and kitchen won't work unless the drier is on. What could be the problem? I have flipped all the breakers and nothing.

You have an incomplete circuit. When the dryer is on it completes the 220 circuit. You need an electrician.
Yes, something is linked to the dryer,(crossed) you will need a electrician for this.Mean while be careful!
If this is new and just started to happen then you have a bad electric cable in your wiring and it needs to be replaced. If this is new after installing a new circuit or some wiring you have an incomplete circuit and it is staying open until you put the dryer on. If this is the ase you should have it checked out and get it fixed immediately.
