Tuna Cheese Patties

When there's nothing to eat but canned tuna. So, here's another kitchen experiment I just performed last night for dinner. All you need is determination and creativity.

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 15-20 minutes

Yield: 6 patties

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Mix tuna, bread crumbs, grated cheese and spring onions in a bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground pepper as you continue mixing.
  2. Add in the mayonnaise. Mix until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and form into patties.
  5. Fry until brown.
  6. Serve with rice or bread, drizzled with your favorite sauce.

  8. Tip: just in case the patty doesn't set, add one piece of egg and a little flour.
